Join Jill Kantor from The Hygge Wellness Company for a hands-on, immersive workshop where you’ll learn the ancient, simple art of vegetable fermentation, a timeless method to preserve food and create nutrient-rich superfoods. In this two-hour experience, we’ll dive into fermentation's rich history and incredible health benefits, exploring how this practice can become a grounding ritual that adds meaning to your daily life.

You’ll have the opportunity to craft two of your jars of fermented vegetables, experimenting with spices, ingredients, and combinations while gaining the skills to continue at home. All supplies, including jars, vegetables,herbs, spices and recipe cards, will be provided, ensuring you leave with your custom creations. You’ll even get to enjoy a tasting of delicious fermented treats.

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to embrace the slow food movement, establish nourishing routines, and experience the healing power of homemade fermented foods.
