If you're looking for a space to host a meeting, seminar, photoshoot or other corporate event for up to 30 people - our 1400 sqft open concept Studio space is the perfect option. Located within The Village, this space is close includes a kitchenette stocked with cooking and dining essentials. Featuring large windows with lots of natural light.
Our Studio team is available to help customize your experience with many unique food, beverage and
add on options. Catering is available through our Village partners such as Hildegard’s Bakery, The Farmer’s Kitchen, Nuburger as well as Pineridge Hollow Restaurant. In addition, this space is licensed for alcoholic beverages purchased through The Square Bar!

Hosted Event:
Our team will facilitate all set up, clean up and will be onsite to assist you with any of your event needs.
*if you have ordered food or beverage, hosted event is mandatory.
$90/hour (min 3 hours) | $599/day (8:30am-4:30pm)
Unhosted Event:
You will be given a code to access the space and are responsible for all set up & clean up of the space.
$70/hour (min 3 hours) | $449/day (8:30am-4:30pm)
