Pineridge Hollow has always been passionate about serving authentic, wholesome food that nourishes our bodies with nutrients and our souls with comfort. Throughout the years, we have partnered with local farmers and growers to serve the very best ingredients that Manitoba has to offer.
In the spring of 2017 Jan and her family decided to take this passion even further by transforming a 120-year old existing farm into into a working 48 acre farm known as Oak Knoll Farm. They were then able to supply our restaurant with fruits, vegetables, herbs, chicken and pork using bio-dynamic & regenerative agriculture practices.
Designing our menus around ingredients grown and raised at Oak Knoll Farm and by other local farmers allows us to serve our guests thoughtful, seasonal dishes that are nutrient dense, seasonally fresh and absolutely delicious. We believe that feeling confident in the journey your food has taken to arriving on your plate can redefine the definition of comfortfood.
