- Individual is responsible for the overall performance of the kitchen team when on duty
- Individual works as a team with the Kitchen General Manager, Sous Chef(s), and FOH General Manager, and FOH Assistant Manager on a daily basis
- The Sous Chef actively participates in training of other staff members
- The Sous Chef holds other accountable for quality and performance

Ensuring all functions maintain a first class and positive impact; including timeliness, cleanliness, and service flow
Communicating with kitchen managers regarding kitchen operations.
