rehearsal on a weeknight the week prior to your wedding.

We are pleased to offer our couples two ceremony setting options:
Enter your ceremony through a vine covered pergola & wooden bridge crossing our pond. Your guests will be seated on the manicured lawn surrounded by colourful flower gardens.
A whimsical wood chip pathway leading into an intimate enclosure of poplar & oak trees.
Follow the path through our park-like setting to the reception tent.
You'll be welcomed into the entrance tent which hosts the bar and guest book table. Beyond lies the grand reception tent with high tented ceilings, fairy lights, guest tables and a designated dance floor.
Enjoy the evening dancing to music or out in the manicured courtyard with bistro lights and a fire pit, located on the north side of the tent.
You will find washroom facilities located just outside of the entrance tent.

Our venue provides a beautiful bridal suite located on the bottom floor of our building to use for getting ready or for last minute touchups.
Our venue is tucked into the back of the Pineridge Hollow grounds, making for a private and intimate setting. The grounds border directly on Birds Hill Park, providing our couples with plenty of different photo opportunities.
We believe that food is nourishment for our bodies, minds and souls, and that where our food comes from matters. It is important to Pineridge Hollow to source fresh, local ingredients to use in creating the most important & memorable meal of your life.
We are proud to serve you the best that our seasons have to offer, with ingredients grown and raised just down the road at our farm, Oak Knoll Farm. When we are able to serve dishes using produce that is in its natural season, the quality and flavours can be just as perfect as your special day.

To keep your wedding planning fun and exciting (who needs stress?!), we have a selection of décor options available to rent directly through our venue. We'll take care of the set up and clean up of any rentals that we provide, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the special moments of your day.
