Hildegard's is a local bakery focused on fresh-milled whole ancient grains, local farm-direct ingredients, long sourdough fermentation, and warm hospitality.
The Friesen family have been baking wood-fired sourdough bread and pizza for almost 20 years at Integrity Foods (north of Riverton) and we of the next generation have been operating at Portage and Maryland in Winnipeg since 2018.
