The Oak Room is an open space in the forest that can fit 10-12 people. The private rental of this space is for 3 hours. If you would like additional people you can add on an additional fire pit through our add-on's link and we will provide additional seating.

A Damage Deposit of $100 will be charged upon booking. This will show up as a Security Bond in your cart. The Damage Deposit will be fully refundable upon inspection of the room after your experience.
No alcohol is allowed to be brought onsite with the exception of alcohol purchased under our liquor license through The Square Bar. Any groups caught with alcohol that was not purchased under our license will be asked to leave the property immediately and the damage deposit will not be refunded. No exceptions.
