Join Tina in her Yoga Flow class where you can expect to feel grounded, energized and balanced when you leave. This practice is a mixture of meditation, breath-work and energizing movement.
The class will begin with intention setting, breath-work followed by a warm up of gentle movements to warm the body and then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequence incorporating balance postures and strength exercises using the foundation of breath. We end our practice on the floor with some deeper longer holds to release tension. Enjoy your shavasana (stillness posture) with essential oil infused hot towels and gentle music.
This class is rarely the same from week to week as we focus on different areas of tension and strengthening. Regardless of your level of yoga practice you will be provided modifications and alternative postures if required. We encourage a practice of no judgement, expectations or comparisons, this practice is for you on your mat alone.
