A Hygge Wellness Experience
This 2.5 to 3-hour immersive workshop that blends two elements of my work:
As winter gives way to spring, we’re naturally drawn toward clearing, refreshing, and starting anew. This hands-on workshop invites you to explore “spring cleaning” from the inside out, beginning with the gut and extending into your home and daily rituals.
We’ll begin with a relaxed and engaging introduction to the art of fermentation, exploring how simple, living foods can support digestion, immunity, and overall well-being. Participants will create a jar of spring-inspired fermented vegetables to take home, using fresh, accessible ingredients.
From there, we’ll shift into a sensory, creative experience through botanical crafting, where you’ll blend your own aromatherapy-based products to support clarity, freshness, and seasonal transitions (especially helpful during allergy season).
This experience is designed to bring together nourishment, creativity, and simple rituals you can carry into your everyday life.
