Each month, walk & talk with a Naturopathic Doctor - each session will include 30-45 minutes of lecture on a themed topic in a seated location, and then 15 minutes of movement in the forest with a licensed practitioner/therapist.

Making Space: A Forest Walk to Breathe, Ground, and Receive as the holiday season approaches, many women find themselves holding more. More expectations, more tasks, more emotions.
Together we'll practice the exercise of mindfulness; slowing down, breathing deeply, and reconnecting with ourselves through outdoor movement.
This guided reflective walk will invite you to release what you’ve been carrying and make space to receive calm, clarity, and presence...before the busyness begins.
Our time will start with a brief intro before the experiential walk, and will end with warming up together to debrief in community.
Come as you are. Leave with a lighter heart and a clearer mind...and remember to dress for the weather!
