In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use homegrown, homemade, or locally prepared ingredients to create delicious fillings for your own Christmas tree–shaped puff pastries. Choose your favourite flavour combinations — whether sweet or savoury — and learn how to cut, shape, and bake your pastries for a perfect holiday themed appetizer or treat.
While your creations bake, enjoy the cozy atmosphere with a hot beverage and a chat with a friend or fellow food-loving participant. You’ll head home with your freshly baked treats and a collection of sweet and savoury filling recipes, perfect for recreating these pastries for friends and family throughout the holiday season.
