In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use homegrown, homemade, or locally prepared ingredients to create delicious fillings for your own heart shaped puff pastries. Geri's specialty is using locally grown or prepared ingredients and will share some recipes and locations to purchase favourites. You'll choose your own favourite flavour combinations — whether sweet or savoury — and learn how to cut, shape, and bake your pastries for a perfect love day treat!
While your creations bake, enjoy the cozy atmosphere with a hot beverage and a chat with a friend or fellow food-loving participant. You’ll head home with your freshly baked treats and a collection of sweet and savoury filling recipes, perfect for recreating these pastries for friends and family.
