Join Geri Schreyer for a hands-on butter board workshop where you’ll create your own edible butter board centrepiece featuring garden ingredients.
During the workshop, you’ll prepare your own unique sweet or savoury flavoured butter using herbs, spices, honey, and other ingredients. Then, you’ll style your butter on a wooden board and can get creative with garnishes such as vegetables, fruit, and edible flowers.
While in the studio, enjoy a tasting session featuring a variety of flavoured butters paired with fresh bread. This tasting session is perfect for gathering inspiration before making your own butter board.
At the end of the workshop, your finished butter board will be boxed up for you to take home and enjoy. This workshop will leave you with both a delicious butter and new skills to create your own at home.
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
