Join Caitlin from SoulStoked for an hour of Breathwork. Be still and come back into your body using the power of your breath.
Breathwork is a form of active meditation helping to bring you from your thinking mind into your body so that you can feel into what’s present for you. By using the 3 part breath we move energy in the body that is ready to be witnessed, acknowledge, felt and released.
Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat and a blanket & pillow for comfort if you wish.
We are excited to announce that we are a licensed venue! Feel free to head over to The Village Square and purchase an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage from The Square Bar to bring into the studio!
