The Spruce Room *October - May

 The Spruce Room is fitted with a Geodesic Dome that can fit 10 - 12 people. The private rental of this space is for 3 hours. 

This rooms rental comes included with:

• 1 fire pit 
• Geodesic Dome 
• Furniture 
• Heated Shelter with Wood Stove
• Coffee & Tea Supplies
• Kettle

A Damage Deposit of $100 will be charged upon booking. This will show up as a Security Bond in your cart. The Damage Deposit will be fully refundable upon inspection of the room after your experience. 

No alcohol is allowed to be brought onsite with the exception of alcohol purchased under our liquor license through The Square Bar. Any groups caught with alcohol that was not purchased under our license will be asked to leave the property immediately and the damage deposit will not be refunded. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:

• You are able to cancel your booking up to 1 week prior to the booking date and receive a refund.
• You are able to reschedule your booking up to 5 days prior to the booking date with no penalty.
