This September, we aren’t just gathering for a great night out—we are officially celebrating a milestone piece of history! September 16 marks the 216th anniversary of Mexican Independence, commemorating the historic day in 1810 when Father Miguel Hidalgo gave the legendary Grito de Dolores and sparked the journey toward freedom. There is no better way to honour 216 years of vibrant Mexican culture, resilience, and pride than by raising a traditional Paloma (mocktail) and pouring our own creativity into beautiful, authentic Cantarito!
