The Gardens
Ceremony Site
Enter your ceremony through a vine covered pergola and wooden bridge crossing our pond. Your guests will be seated on the manicured lawn surrounded by colourful flower gardens.
What's Included:
- White folding chairs for 10% more guests than you are expecting (upgraded chairs available)
- Chair setup and take down
- Signing Table
- 1-hour rehearsal on a weeknight the week prior to your wedding

The Woodland Enclosure
Ceremony Site
Permanent bench seating and a square timbered arbour enclosed in an intimate setting of poplar and oak trees.
What's Included:
- Permanent wooden arbour
- Wooden benches
- Signing table
- 1-hour rehearsal on a weeknight the week prior to your wedding

Banquet Tent
Reception - 250 Capacity
What's Included:
- 40'x80' reception tent, 20'x20' entrance tent, and washrooms onsite
- String lighting around tent perimeter and dimmable spotlights on centre poles
- Full white organza ceiling drape and draping on centre poles
- Wooden crossback chairs, 2 bars, podium, and choice of round or long tables
- Sound system and dance floor
- Courtyard with firepite and seating
- Set up and take down of reception tables, chairs, and decor rented through Pineridge Hollow
- Access from 9am-1am, and space provided for couples to drop off items beforehand at secure location

At Pineridge Hollow, we believe great food starts with fresh, local ingredients, which is why we proudly create seasonal menus featuring produce grown just down the road at Oak Knoll Farm to make your special day truly memorable.

Our venue provides a beautiful bridal suite located on the bottom floor of our building to use for getting ready or for last minute touchups.

We offer a serene country setting where the natural beauty of the outdoors provides a stunning atmosphere for a magical day. Our grand white banquet tent is a blank canvas for your wedding décor, offering a versatile backdrop for any style or colour palette.
To keep your wedding planning fun and exciting (who needs stress?!), we have a selection of décor options available to rent directly through our venue. We'll take care of the set up and clean up of any rentals that we provide, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the special moments of your day.
