Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled person to work alongside the Maintenance department and assist guests. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork. The position will allow you to work with all businesses on site both indoors and outdoors.

Schedule for this position is Wednesday-Sunday from 8am-4pm

Skills

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
Ability to work outdoors during the summer and winter months
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
Strong work ethic
Proof of Class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract

Responsibilities

Perform essential routine maintenance on equipment and facilities
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety protocols
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests
Collect supplies off-site and deliver them to the correct companies
Furniture Deliveries
Maintain the cleanliness of the property as a whole
Animal care
Support on-site companies and guests as needed
Farm work as needed
