
Self Care for Modern Women - Holistic Wellness Class

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you’re chronically running on empty - this workshop was designed for you. The modern woman is expected to hold it all: balancing careers, caregiving, household responsibilities, relationships, and the mental load that comes with it all.
This 90-minute workshop, hosted by Collaborative Health Clinic, will provide you with specific tools and strategies to use in day-to-day life to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel more grounded and recharged. It will include a blend of teaching, practice, guided self-reflection, and gentle movement.
Please bring:
• Your own workout mat
• Comfortable athletic clothing
• A water bottle
Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the class begins to allow time for check-in and setup.
