Experience the movement philosophy behind Rooted, where mindful movement and strength work together to create resilient, balanced bodies. Beginning with a grounding yoga flow, we'll transition into functional strength and stability exercises before closing with a guided meditation and reflection.
This class is designed to help you move with greater awareness, confidence, and connection—both in the studio and beyond.
Please bring:
• Your own workout mat
• Comfortable athletic clothing
• Running shoes
• A water bottle
Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the class begins to allow time for check-in and setup.
