Our designers; Kathryn, Brenda & Beth have created three complete living room looks in three different styles…all for under $6000 total.
Traditional & Feminine For Under $6000
First up, Kathryn has put together this traditional & feminine design featuring gold accents and hints of peachy pink. The design revolves around the colour palette of the area rug, while the “Three in a Tree” artwork and mirror tie together a bird motif. The sofa and arm chair are upholstered in neutral colours, allowing you to change up the room design years down the road. While trends & design styles come and go, your major furniture pieces can see you through years of reinventing your space.

On the topic of making your money go further - Kathryn's design features these brass finish nesting tables (two tables in one!). Offering versatility & function, they can be used together or apart with ease. When you slide the taller table over to the couch to use as a side table, it's design allows you to pull it super close to other furniture so that your cup of coffee is never too far away!

Kathryn's design tip:
"The two end tables by Uttermost compliment the coffee table nicely and are large enough to support the pretty brass bottom lamps and still provide space for a book. The Paza Oval Mirror ties in perfectly with the brass and the little birds. A beautiful bouquet of flowers would have double the beauty if placed in front of the mirror."

2981 Sofa
The Decor-Rest sofa is Canadian made and available in hundreds of different grades of fabric and leather. The vast array of options present a custom yet affordable sofa for that person who is on a budget but doesn't want to compromise great quality. Kathryn's swatches show her choice of finishes in grade 23 fabric "Grande Ice" and antique grey wood finish for the legs. With this sofa you also have your choice of fabric for two toss pillows. Kathryn chose the faux rabbit fur toss in a pretty blush colour!
