Enjoy a glass of vino before, during or after this relaxing restorative yoga where we slow things down and re gain balance in the nervous system helping the body relax. Deep breathing and gentle poses to start, transitioning into flowing movement, gentle twists and longer holds. This practice will calm your mind, relax the body and release tension leaving you feeling lighter and rejuvenated.
All participants are asked to bring a yoga mat. You are encouraged to bring any props they have (bolster, yoga blocks, yoga straps, etc.)
