This yoga practice is slower paced, with poses (asanas) held for a longer period encouraging deeper relaxation. This Restorative Yoga Class will restore the body and the " parasympathetic nervous system",encouraging healing and creating balance for the body, mind and soul. Props ( pillows, blocks,straps or homemade items) are encouraged to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation but are not required.
All participants are asked to bring a yoga mat.
