In this 3 hour beginner level workshop you will learn how to colour with yarn using the Oxford Punch Needle! Workshop participants will complete a 10” wall hanging designed by local artist Liza Isakov. Brittney has partnered with local crafting shop Needle Crafts and Studio to supply the workshop, which will include Canadian wool from Briggs & Little Woolen Mills. Punch needle is easy to learn; with a few tips and tricks from Brittney you will quickly enjoy this unique art form. Light snacks and refreshments included.

Students will borrow a #10 regular Oxford Punch Needle for the workshop; it is not a part of the kit. Punch needles and other supplies can be purchased locally through Needle Craft and Studio or online through different retailers.
Prerequisite: None! Punch needle is beginner friendly and easy to learn.
