Every experience begins with a 5 minute forest bathing walk followed by a 60 minute essential oil infused massage in our peaceful geodesic dome surrounded by the natural beauty and healing of the forest.
You will get to choose from one of the following 60 minute Massage offerings:
Relaxation: This light-moderate pressure will help you relieve muscle tension and stress and leave you feeling rejuvenated.
Deep tissue: This slow, firm and targeted pressure will help you release muscle tension and promote healing.
Japanese Cupping: An ancient form of alternative medicine that improves circulation, blood and lymph circulation using suction with special cups
IASTM: Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobility, a skilled myofascial intervention used for soft tissue treatment
*Please add a note if you are wishing to book a prenatal massage (these massages are 45 minutes)*
*Please arrive 15 minutes prior to massage at Empty Cup located in the Village. Susan, your therapist will lead you through the soothing forest trail to the dome where your massage will take place.

*Reservations are fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to reservation. Cancellations requested by email between 24 and 48 hrs prior to reservation are subject to a one time credit valid for 90 days of original booking. Cancellations under 24 hrs are not refundable and a credit will not be issued.
